I am not an in-network provider with any insurance panels. There are a few alternative options. These include out of pocket payment and payment through HSA/FSA cards. If you have out of network benefits through your insurance provider, I can provide you with receipts of service to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Each provider reimburses differently so you will need to contact your insurance provider to learn about their reimbursement policy and out of network benefits.
